Behind the Studio

At the heart of Studio Kronsbjerg is a simple principle:
the focus is on you, your ideas, and what you are drawn to.

Working with me means having a creative partner who is fully present.
Nothing is rushed. Each project is shaped around your vision from the very beginning, with time and attention given to every step of the process.

My background is rooted in fashion, floristry, and visual design.
Over the years, I have worked closely with materials, colour, texture, and detail, often within haute couture and premium creative environments. This experience has shaped how I see and how I work today. It has taught me to observe carefully, listen closely, and make deliberate choices rather than quick ones.

Every collaboration begins with a conversation.
We take time to talk through what matters to you, what you are drawn to, and how you wish to be represented. From there, we define the direction together. My role is to hold the structure of the process, guide it with confidence, and ensure that you feel at ease throughout.

I work with a small, trusted team of makeup artists and creatives when needed.
All preparation happens in advance, so the session itself can unfold calmly, without pressure or performance. This allows space for presence, timing, and natural expression.

Whether the work involves a personal portrait, a quiet moment with your puppy, floral compositions, or a premium event, the intention remains the same:
to create a collection of commissioned images that feels personal, considered, and true to you.

My name is Birgitte Kronsbjerg.
I’m a Danish-American photographer, florist, and visual artist, based between Lake Lucerne and Lake Zurich. I lead Studio Kronsbjerg and personally oversee every project and collaboration.
